A Journey from Burnout to Balance

After many years in corporate life, I experienced first-hand the exhaustion, anxiety and overwhelm that so many professionals quietly carry.

Already grounded in holistic training, my recovery journey became a catalyst to broaden and deepen my therapeutic practice, leading to the creation of Alton Alchemy, a peaceful well-being studio based in the Enchanted Garden Room in rural Thornhill, Dumfriesshire.  Not simply as a career change, but as a calling Alton Alchemy was created as a sanctuary for those who give much, hold much and rarely pause.

Blending grounded professionalism with intuitive practice, I offer therapies that honour both the science of the nervous system and the subtle intelligence of energy.

Beyond the garden gates, I provide corporate wellbeing sessions in rediscovering balance, clarity and calm with sound baths and seated massage.
